Executive Management

Peng T. Ong — Founder and Chairman

Peng founded Encentuate in 2001 to provide enterprises with strong and usable digital identity systems that can be incrementally deployed with minimal resources. Prior to founding Encentuate, Peng was the founder and chairman of Interwoven, Inc., the leading provider of content infrastructure. During his tenure at Interwoven he led the company to a successful initial public offering (NASDAQ: IWOV).

Before Interwoven, Peng was co-founder and chief architect of Electric Classifieds, Inc — the creators of Match.Com. He has also held various engineering and management roles at Illustra (now IBM Informix), Sybase Inc. and Gensym Corporation.

Zorawar "Biri" Singh — President & CEO

Biri brings over 16 years global experience as a leader, manager/CEO and entrepreneur in the media/advertising, retail, networking, communications and enterprise IT industries to his role at Encentuate, Inc.

E.K. Koh — Vice President of Products

E.K. Koh is responsible for executing Encentuate's whole product strategy and management.

Before joining Encentuate, E.K. held the title of Vice President of Products and Operations for PrivateExpress, Inc., a California-based provider of secure messaging services. At PrivateExpress, he was responsible for overall product management and product marketing. E.K. also managed the Singapore development office. Prior to PrivateExpress, E.K. served as Research Manager for Multimedia and Internet Technologies at the Information Technology Institute (now Kent Ridge Digital Labs).

E.K. holds a Bachelor of Science (Highest Honors) in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Cheehan Tee — Vice President of Engineering

Cheehan Tee is responsible for the design and development of Encentuate's products. Cheehan has more than ten years of industry experience and is one of the founding team members at Encentuate. Prior to Encentuate, he was the software architect at Hello Technology, a company that specializes in mobile multi-modal communications platforms. He has also worked in product development roles at PSA Corp.

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Martin W. Brauns - Director

Martin Brauns is the retired Chairman and CEO of Interwoven, Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV). During his eight-year tenure with Interwoven, he led the company from promising pre-revenue Silicon Valley start-up, on through a highly successful IPO in October 1999, an equally successful secondary stock offering in January of 2000 and through more than a dozen strategic acquisitions in the years that followed. At Martin's retirement from Interwoven in 2006, the company was a profitable, growing, industry leader and among the world's 50 largest software companies.
